How to request deletion
- Open the Contact page.
- Use the subject: Delete my account.
- In your message, include the email address used for your TruckMinder account.
- Submit the request from the same email address where possible, so we can verify ownership faster.
What data is deleted
- Account profile details (name, email, role, phone, address, and related profile metadata).
- Saved stops and account-linked preferences.
- Uploaded CV files associated with your account.
- Session data linked to your account.
What may be retained and for how long
- Security, fraud-prevention, and operational logs may be retained for up to 90 days.
- Data we are required to keep for legal, regulatory, dispute, or enforcement purposes may be retained for the minimum period required by applicable law.
- De-identified or aggregated analytics that cannot reasonably identify you may be retained.
Deletion timeline
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days. If we need additional verification or if legal obligations apply, processing may take longer.
